In the second 2 of Swagger, we follow our close knit group of basketball players as they enter their senior year of high school. Most of the friends attend Cedar Cove Prep, a predominantly white institution where wealth, academia and influence dominate. The arrival of the Swagger crew transforms the school’s mediocre basketball program into an elite contender, drawing significant attention from scouts, school faculty and personal adversaries that are determined to see the program fail.

From NBA star Kevin Durant, filmmaker Reggie Rock Bythewood, and the team behind Friday Night Lights. Led by an ensemble cast of stars including O’Shea Jackson Jr., Isaiah Hill, Shinelle Azoroh, Academy Award-nominee Quvenzhané Wallis, Caleel Harris, James Bingham, Solomon Irama, Ozie Nzeribe, Tessa Ferrer, Tristan Mack Wilds and Jason Rivera.

For the :15 promo, our creative leaned into the social media aspect of high school basketball, where a player’s game isn’t just measured by their play on the court, but by the number of likes on their highlight reel. In season 2, Jace must learn to tune out the noise – the multitude of opinions on social media – if he’s going to survive and thrive in a world full of naysayers.
